Matthew Jensen has worked in the customer service industry since 2004. Matthew began their career at Product Partners, LLC as a Knowledgebase Administrator where they served as an interdepartmental liaison and was responsible for signing off on new products and developments. In 2010, they moved to Wireless Watchdogs as a Database Billing Analyst. In 2014, they worked at Google at Adecco as an Operator, setting up new stores on Google's shopping network in the L.A. region and maintaining inventory routes. In 2016, they joined Rockpoint Legal Funding as a Quality Control, creating customer service policies and procedures, hiring and training the first team of Customer Service Representatives, and auditing outgoing and incoming documents and transactions. Matthew is currently working at Grow Credit Inc. as the Head of Customer Service and a T3 Support.
