Adam Baxendine

Adam Baxendine is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management, sustainable practices, and rural enterprise support. Currently serving as a mentor at GrowBiz Scotland since March 2024, Adam has been the director of Baxendine Project Management and Aikenhead House since 2021 and 2018, respectively. Adam's expertise includes providing project management and consultancy services focused on sustainability and renewable energy, as well as producing chemical-free agricultural products at Aikenhead House Smallholding since 2019. Previous roles include associate at Savills, where Adam contributed to energy consultancy, and positions in sales management and agricultural consulting. Adam holds an MSc in Rural Estate Management from the Royal Agricultural University and a BTech (Hons) in Rural Resource Management from the University of Edinburgh.
