In 2009, they took on the role of Key Account Manager for Argos Translations, where they were responsible for taking care of their key clients. In 2012, they became a Sales Manager for Management Events, and in 2016 they began working for WEBCON as a Team Leader - International Partner Channel and International Sales & Partner Channel Manager. In 2019, they became an Account Executive for Growbots and an International Partner Channel Manager for QuarticOn. In their roles, they have exceeded +200% quota in a good month, helped SMBs get all the pieces of their B2B outbound sales puzzle together, educated and inspired clients and partners on the benefits of leveraging AI, improved internal sales culture, processes, and best practices, strengthened and completed the DACH partner channel, and opened new markets in Europe.

Shem Prokop completed a BSc in Management and Computer Science from the University of Toronto Mississauga in 2005. In 2008, they obtained a Master's in International Business from the Uniwersytet Ekonomiczny w Krakowie. Shem then completed the Sandler Selling System from Sandler in 2014.
