Kirk Wagner

Kirk Wagner is a seasoned attorney and executive with extensive experience in commercial litigation and operational leadership. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel at Growers Express since February 2011, Wagner oversees operations for an international grower-shipper-processor of conventional and organic vegetable products. In addition, Wagner holds two presidential roles at Pacific Captive Insurance Company, Inc. and Pacific Risk Management, LLC, both of which were established in February 2011. Prior experience includes positions as Of Counsel at Bracewell LLP and Partner at both Noland Hamerly, PC and Pierce & Wagner, where Wagner focused on trial and commercial defense litigation. Wagner earned a JD from the University of Arizona, James E. Rogers College of Law, and a BA in Political Science from the University of Colorado Boulder.
