Sanmati Pande ACA, CPA(Australia),ACMA(U.K),MBA has a long and varied work experience. Starting in 2005, they worked as a Research Analyst at Strategic Analysis of India. In 2008, they moved to The Great Eastern Shipping Co. Ltd as Manager-Corporate Finance & Treasury. In 2010, they joined Sahara India as AVP-Corporate Finance & Treasury where they were responsible for the remittance of funds, Valuation and Acquisition of landmark hospitality properties in London and New York, and Joint Venture investment. In 2014, they joined The Radiant World- Singapore as AVP, where they were responsible for the Centralized Trade Finance Operations for commodities firm of the Group in India & Overseas Entities and leading the trade finance funding and raising working capital finance. In 2016, they co-founded and became the CEO of Growfitter. In 2020, they were a participant in the K-Startup Grand Challenge, and in 2021 they participated in the Alchemist Accelerator.

Sanmati Pande holds an ACA from CPA Australia Program, an FCA from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, an MBA (Full Time) from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS), a Strategic Level from The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, and a M.Com from Mumbai University.
