David Assous

David Assous is the CTO and Co-Founder of Growin, with extensive experience in strategic consulting in energy and infrastructure regulation in Israel. David also serves as the President of Mevo Shearim Consulting, and previously held positions as Chairman at Public Utilities Authority, part of the Founding Team at Public Utilities Authority, and Chief Engineer in the Israel Defense Forces. Assous holds an MSc in Business Management from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev and an MSc in Electronics from Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.
