Patrick Metzger

Patrick Metzger has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Their most recent role is as CEO/Founder, Certified Value Builder, Certified Exit Planning Advisor, and Business Coach at The Greenhouse, a resource hub and team of business coaches, consultants, and strategic partners focused on professional and personal growth. Prior to this, they served as a Certified EOS Implementer at EOS Worldwide, where they helped entrepreneurs implement the Entrepreneurial Operating System to establish a clear vision and improve company execution. In addition, Patrick hosted the Patrick Metzger Show Podcast, where they interviewed international leaders on topics such as business, leadership, and high performance. Patrick has also held positions as a Fitness Center Manager at Governors' Waterpark & Fitness Center, Executive Recruiter at Allegro Group, Inc., and Teacher & Coach at both Fargo Public Schools and Central Cass Schools.

Patrick Metzger holds a Master's degree from North Dakota State University and a Bachelor's degree from Valley City State University.
