Anne Dolan

Anne Dolan has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Anne currently works at Grow Progress as the Client Success Team Lead, a role they have held since May 2023. Prior to that, they were a Client Strategy Manager at the same company from January 2022 to May 2023.

Before joining Grow Progress, Anne worked at Quorum as a Customer Success Manager, where they managed enterprise government relations clients and led various activities such as executive briefings, end-user trainings, and strategy sessions. Anne was with Quorum from November 2020 to January 2022.

Anne also has experience in the political field. Anne served as a Regional Field Director at the Colorado Democratic Party from August 2020 to November 2020, where they managed a team of organizers and oversaw volunteer organization and engagement events. Prior to that, they worked as a Field Organizer for Warren for President from July 2019 to March 2020, where they built and managed a team of volunteers and organized community events and town halls.

In addition to their political roles, Anne has experience in research and analysis. Anne worked at EAB as a Research Analyst and Research Associate, where they conducted interviews, research, and analysis for reports related to education administration. Anne also served as a Senior Coordinator in the Corporate Strategy department, handling operations and conducting independent research on higher education issues.

Before starting their professional career, Anne gained leadership experience as the Senior Class President at Franklin & Marshall College, where they led programming for the Class of 2016 and served as a board member on the college's Club Council. Anne also held various roles on campus, including Orientation Planning Director and Common Hour Committee Intern.

Earlier in their career, Anne interned at the Truman National Security Project, where they assisted with event coordination and newsletter composition, and at the Boys and Girls Club of Redding - Easton as an Operations Intern.

Anne Dolan attended Joel Barlow High School from 2009 to 2012, completing their high school education. Anne then went on to Franklin & Marshall College from 2012 to 2016, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Government.
