Dom Urniezius is a highly experienced entrepreneur and mentor in the tech industry, currently serving as Co-Founder and CEO of Growtech, a company aimed at accelerating revenue acquisition for B2B tech firms. Dom's extensive background includes mentoring roles at Tenity, FIRSTPICK, and YEP Accelerator, focusing on innovation and early-stage startups. Previous experience encompasses positions such as Head of Sales Development at CGTrader, Team Lead of Sales Development Representatives at PVcase, and Business Development Advisor at IKIDO. Dom also demonstrated leadership as President of the Lithuanian Pharmaceutical Students’ Association, fostering strategic initiatives and operations management.
