Michael J. Goldrich is the Founder and Chief Advisor of Vivander Advisors LLC, where Michael J. focuses on driving generative AI adoption and integration. Currently serving as the Chief Experience Officer at The Hotels Network, Michael advocates for the customer voice across various business functions. Additionally, Michael holds the position of Strategic AI Advisor and Co-Director of the Global AI Practice at Growth Advisors International Network. As Advisor to the CEO at Relay Robotics, Michael develops strategies to enhance hospitality operations through AI-driven solutions. Michael also serves as a Program Leader for Kellogg Executive Education and holds board positions with the HSMAI Foundation and HSMAI. Previously, Michael led marketing initiatives at Club Quarters Hotels, Denihan Hospitality Group, and Wyndham Hotel Group, demonstrating a strong background in digital marketing and strategy. Michael holds a Master's degree from Northwestern University and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Michigan.
