Rasa Sosnovskyte is the CEO and cofounder of Growth Bite, a digital marketing agency based in Lithuania, established in December 2022, specializing in all facets of digital marketing. Prior experience includes serving as Head of SEO and Growth Marketing at Oxylabs.io, where responsibilities encompassed global SEO strategy and ownership of SEO tactics across multiple brands. Rasa has also held positions such as Head of SEO at Smart Brands Laboratory and SEO Manager at Nord Security, focusing on optimization and alignment of SEO strategies with business objectives. Previous roles span various digital marketing capacities at Make It Cheaper and Clear Chemist, contributing to performance forecasting and e-commerce management. Rasa’s educational background includes a Master’s Degree in International Marketing Management from Robert Gordon University and a Master of Arts in Economics-Finance from the University of Aberdeen.
