Paula Uy

Paula Uy is an experienced marketing and sales support professional with a diverse background in virtual assistance, customer relations, and business development. Currently serving as Marketing and Sales Support at Growth Channel since August 2023, Paula also contributes to the Conversation Design Institute and has held various roles at Business Grade Virtual Assistants, focusing on virtual operations. Previously, Paula was a Business Development Manager at Pepper Virtual Assistants, where responsibilities included product development and employee training. With foundational experience in customer care and education, including roles at Construct Zero Inc. and teaching positions in China, Paula holds a degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with a major in Mandarin from the College of Saint Benilde.
