Manuel Jimenez

Manuel Jimenez is an experienced professional in business development and operational management, currently serving as a Mentor at Blum and Growth Rockstar since August 2023, and as a Member of the Board of Advisors for Unión Andina since January 2023, focusing on digitalization strategy. As the COO and Founder of Aflore since November 2014, Manuel has demonstrated leadership in driving organizational success. Prior roles include Sales Channels Head at Banco Falabella Colombia, where responsibilities encompassed multi-channel sales and customer service quality, and various positions at Bankinter, Citibank Spain, and American Express, where Manuel managed teams and oversaw business development, financial analysis, and product management.
