Chuck Scharenberg is a Strategic Growth Facilitator with over thirty years of experience as a business adviser and senior executive coach, primarily supporting technical experts in their transition to leadership roles to enhance business value through increased self-awareness and competencies. In addition to serving as Senior Advisor at More Profit More Freedom since July 1988, Chuck holds the position of Chief Execution Officer at The Halpin Companies, Inc. and previously directed Ancilla Psychiatric Management Services, offering consultation and contract management for behavioral healthcare clients. Earlier roles include Chief Operations Officer, Division CEO, and Corporate Marketing Consultant at Forest Health Systems. Chuck holds a Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration from the University of Iowa and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Sociology from Regis University.
