As the CEO and Founder of GrowthMarketers since January 2024, Karissa focuses on providing top-tier global talent for marketing, sales, operations, and engineering teams. Karissa also serves as a Co-Founder of RÊVE, offering a luxury portfolio of short-term rentals. Previously, in roles such as Chief Strategy Officer and Vice President of Operations at Love (Love.com) and Vice President of Corporate Strategy at SafeGraph, Karissa led significant strategic initiatives. With prior experience as Head of Growth at both Bolt and Polarr, Karissa has a proven track record in rapid user acquisition and company expansion.
