Shelby Stephens

Shelby Stephens is an accomplished entrepreneur with a strong background in developing innovative solutions for freelancers and service businesses. As the Founder of GrowthMatch since September 2021, Shelby focuses on enhancing authority and thought leadership for company leaders. Previously, Shelby founded Jolly, which created a user-friendly tool for building modern websites tailored for independent professionals, culminating in the company's acquisition in 2023. Shelby also founded Servable, a pioneering Freelancer Management System that streamlined the management of independent contractors. Earlier experiences include co-founding HubRunner and partnering in Formation and Wildfire Productions, along with engineering work at Futron Corporation for NASA and private space sector clients. Shelby holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics and Engineering from Washington and Lee University, complemented by education from Techstars.
