Dhanya Matthew

Dhanya Matthew has over 13 years of experience in Human Resources. Dhanya began their career in 2007 as an HR Intern at MRF. Dhanya then worked as an HR Intern at Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited in 2008. In 2009, they became an HR Executive at Infovista Technology. Dhanya then moved to Chettinad Foundation in 2010 as an HR Officer. From 2011 to 2015, they worked at Firstsource Solutions Limited as an HR Generalist - EE, where they were the single point of contact for over 600 employees and was responsible for orientation and on-boarding for new joiners. From 2015 to 2021, they worked as a Human Resources Manager at Metadata Technologies, where they maintained the work structure, conducted and analyzed exit interviews, and recommended changes. Since 2021, they have been the Human Resources Manager at GrowthPlug.

Dhanya Matthew received their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in HR & Marketing from Mar Athanasios College for Advanced Studies Tiruvalla (MACFAST) in Kerala, India between 2006 and 2008. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from K.E.College, Mannanam, Kottayam, Kerala, India between 2003 and 2006. Dhanya Matthew also attended Marthoma Residential School, Thiruvalla, Kerala [MTRS] where they obtained their High School degree in ISC-ICSE Science-Mathematics between 2002 and 2003.
