Olivia Jedlicka has worked in a variety of roles since 2016. Olivia began their professional career in recruiting at Tradesmen International in 2021 as a Workforce Coordinator. In 2020, they worked as a Crew Member/Barista at Dunkin Donuts, a Marketing and Public Relations Intern at Rising Rooted Health Coaching, and an Admissions Coordinator at the City of Avon Lake. In 2016, they worked as a Solo Lifeguard at Metropolitan Pools. Currently, they are a Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist at GrowthPlug, where they spend most of their time sourcing candidates to interview through passive outreach on hiring platforms, conducting nearly 40 thirty-minute zoom interviews, and acting as a Brand Ambassador to champion the company's culture, mission, and values.

Olivia Jedlicka is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Communication, General from Baldwin Wallace University, which they started in 2020. Prior to this, they attended the University of Dayton for one year, studying Communication Management. Olivia also holds a High School Diploma from Avon Lake High School, which they obtained in 2018. Additionally, they have obtained a number of certifications, including OSHA 10 from OSHAcademy Safety and Health Training in 2021, COVID-19 Awareness & Prevention from Get Inclusive in 2020, Human Trafficking Training from Ohio Human Trafficking Task Force in 2020, ServSafe Food Handler from ServSafe Certified in 2020, and Social and Behavioral Research - Basic/Refresher from CITI Program, A Division of BRANY in 2020.
