Amanda Middendorf

Amanda Middendorf's work experience begins in 2012, where they worked as a Recruiter at The CSI Companies. In 2013, they joined Surfside Lubes, initially as a Human Resources Generalist before being appointed as Manager of Talent Management & Human Resources. Amanda was responsible for building the company's HR function to support rapid growth. In 2017, Amanda worked at thyssenkrupp Elevator as Manager of Talent & Leadership Development, where they created leadership development programs and focused on talent capabilities. From 2018 to 2022, they served as Vice President of Human Resources at Kloeckner Metals Corporation, overseeing the HR organization and various functions. In 2022, Amanda became a Member at Chief and also founded Perennial Leadership Consulting, focusing on executive coaching. In 2023, they joined Growthspace as a Leadership Coach and HR Expert.

Amanda Middendorf completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology at Rhodes College from 2005 to 2009. Later, from 2014 to 2016, they pursued further education and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Florida.
