Marni Renner, PCC, CPHR

Marni Renner, PCC, CPHR has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Marni is currently working at BetterUp as a Business Coaching Specialist since December 2022. Prior to this, they held the same role at GrowthSpace starting from March 2022. Marni has also worked as a Professional Leadership Coach at Feel Your Groove Coaching since November 2013, where they provided passionate professional coaching to individuals and organizations, focusing on leadership development. Before transitioning into coaching, they served as the Director of Administration at McDougall Gauley LLP, starting in September 2014. Marni's career began in 1999 at Regina Catholic School Division, where they served as the Human Resources Services Supervisor until September 2014.

Marni Renner, PCC, CPHR has a diverse education history that includes certifications and degrees in coaching and human resources. In 2013, they obtained the Certified Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP) degree from IPEC Coaching. In 2016, they completed the Head Coach Facilitator program at The Pacific Institute Canada (TPI) with a focus on Leadership Coaching. Additionally, they received the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) designation from the International Coaching Federation in 2014.

In terms of their human resources education, Marni earned the Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) designation in 2009. Marni also completed a Professional Leadership Certificate in 2008 and obtained the Canadian Management Professional (CMPA) designation in 2006.

In addition to their education, Marni has obtained the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) certification from iPEC Coaching in 2014, and they are an active member of the International Coaching Federation, as evidenced by their ICF Member Badge obtained in February 2021.
