Pamela Alvarez has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Pamela is currently working as the VP of Customer Success at Growthspace, a position they have held since May 2023. Prior to this, they served as the VP of Customer Success at Dixa from November 2020 to May 2023.

Before their roles in customer success, Pamela worked at Glint Inc. from September 2019 to November 2020, where they started as a Territory Manager and then became the Head of Customer Success EMEA. Pamela also worked as a Customer Success Manager EMEA from June 2016 to August 2017.

Additionally, Pamela worked as a Manager of Customer Success at Bluenose Analytics from April 2015 to March 2016. Pamela gained experience in implementation services and software consultancy at Cornerstone OnDemand, holding the positions of Manager of Implementation Services from February 2014 to January 2015 and Software Implementation Consultant from December 2011 to February 2014.

Pamela began their career in 2007 as a Marketing Analyst at Excelsix before transitioning to the role of Convention and Visitors Bureau Sales Manager at the McAllen Chamber of Commerce from September 2009 to June 2011.

Pamela also has experience in business development, having worked as a US Business Development professional at Global Water from January 2011 to April 2012. At Global Water, they conducted research, recommended equipment purchases, and successfully closed the company's first account in the US.

Pamela Alvarez pursued their education starting in 2001 at Brooks School, where they completed their high school education. From 2003 to 2004, they had the opportunity to study abroad at the School Year Abroad (SYA) program. Following that, Pamela attended the USC Marshall School of Business from 2005 to 2009, earning their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Entrepreneurship.
