Francesco Benazzi has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Francesco currently holds the position of Senior Vice President - Dairy Alternatives at Growthwell Foods, starting in 2022. Previously, they worked at Unigrà as the Head of Regional Sales and Business Development APAC (Asia Pacific) for the OraSi brand, where they successfully expanded the brand's distribution to 14 countries in less than three years. Francesco also served as the Hong Kong Branch Director for Unigrà, managing and coordinating the branch office. Before that, they co-founded PAUSA - Your Italian Break, a franchising concept for pizza, pasta, and gelato. Francesco has also held positions at Aerts NV as the Head of Sales for the APAC and US regions, DiVino Group Ltd. as the Director of Sales and Marketing, Blu Service Srl (Nestlé Waters) as the Head of Marketing Communications, Corneliani S.p.A as a Communication Consultant, and Atman Communication Srl in various roles including Co-Founder, CEO, and Sales and Marketing Director. Throughout their career, Benazzi has demonstrated expertise in business development, marketing direction, sales management, and brand expansion.

Francesco Benazzi has a diverse education history. In 2004-2005, they obtained an Executive Master Degree in Marketing & Corporate Communication from the Centro Studi Comunicazione Cogno & Associati, focusing on Business Management and Communication. In 2003-2004, Francesco attended a Private School where they pursued an ESF course in Events Management. Earlier, from 1995 to 2000, they attended the Università degli Studi di Parma, majoring in Legal Studies, General. Additionally, Francesco has obtained several certifications, including HSK 2 from the Confucius Institute Headquarters in 2022, Sommelier AIS 1st Level from the Associazione Italiana Sommelier in 2016, and ECDL - Europen Computer Driving License from ASI in 2004.
