H'Ng S.

H'NG S. has extensive experience in operations, supply chain, and continuous improvement. They started their career as a Process Engineer at Mitsui & Co., Ltd., where they worked on process improvement and quality control. Later, H'NG joined Nestlé as a First Line Manager, overseeing daily operations, project management, and participating in audits. At McCormick & Company, they held roles such as Supply Chain Operations Manager and Development and Optimization Manager, where they managed end-to-end supply chain operations and led continuous improvement initiatives. Currently, H'NG is the Vice President of Operations at Growthwell Foods.

H'NG S. obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Chemistry from the University of Malaya, where they studied from 2001 to 2003.
