Tommy Lai has extensive experience in operations and supply chain management. Tommy currently holds the position of Vice President of Operations & Supply Chain at Growthwell Foods and Glife Technologies Pte Ltd since December 2020. Prior to this, they worked as the COO/Head of Supply Chain Management at Shaw Holdings Pte Ltd from February 2017 to September 2020. Tommy also served as the General Manager in Supply Chain Operations at Soup spoon Souper Food from October 2013 to January 2017 and as the Plant Manager at HaLiFa Pte Ltd from February 2010 to September 2013. Tommy Lai has a proven track record of driving growth, profitability, and operational efficiency in various industries.

Tommy Lai has a degree in Bachelor of Electrical & Electronics Engineering from the University of Sunderland.
