Allen Brown

Allen Brown is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the commercial title insurance and closing services industry, currently serving as Executive Vice President at GRS since January 2011. With a career spanning over 40 years, Allen has managed national commercial accounts and provided services across all 50 states, Puerto Rico, Canada, and internationally. Prior roles include Vice President and Director of National Accounts at GRS Title Services, as well as positions at Lawyers Title/Commonwealth Title, LandAmerica Financial Group, and other notable firms. Allen's expertise encompasses commercial real estate transactions, specializing in portfolio acquisition and disposition for triple net leased properties, and Allen has held various managerial and administrative roles throughout their career. Allen received education from the University of Wisconsin-Parkside and participated in the Presidential Classroom for Young Americans.
