Pawel Wieczorkiewicz

Pawel Wieczorkiewicz is an experienced security researcher currently working at Open Source Security, Inc. since October 2021. Prior to this role, Pawel served as a Security Engineer - Vulnerability Research at Amazon Web Services from March 2021 to October 2021, and held various positions at Amazon from July 2016 to March 2021, including Security Engineer and Software Development Engineer. Significant experience also includes a role as a Linux System Developer at SUSE from August 2013 to July 2016, and Software Engineer/System Debugger at Intel Mobile Communications from August 2011 to February 2014, focusing on connectivity solutions for GSM/UMTS modem platforms. Earlier career milestones include work as a Software Engineer at Tieto and as a Consultant - Software Engineer at ST-Ericsson, as well as developing web sites and managing a Linux router in own business. Pawel holds a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from Wroclaw University of Science and Technology and has additional education from the University of Wroclaw.
