Matthew Jan-Janin is a seasoned finance professional currently serving as Fractional CFO at Citizen Kind since July 2024, where efforts focus on sustainable strategic planning and data-driven decision-making for mission-led organizations. In parallel, Matthew has been the Finance Director at Grubby since October 2021, leading financial operations for the UK-based plant-based food start-up with an emphasis on long-term strategy, fundraising, and business intelligence. Prior experience includes significant roles at NBCUniversal Media, LLC, from January 2016 to April 2022, culminating in roles such as Senior Finance Manager and consultant, as well as positions at KPMG UK from September 2011 to January 2016 as a Senior Audit Associate and Audit Associate.
