Kelly Perrell

Kelly Perrell, SPHR, is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various managerial roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Manager at Grube, Inc. since June 2023, Kelly oversees HR operations for 18 Northeast Ohio restaurants, focusing on strategic planning, talent acquisition, employee development, employee relations, and data analysis. Prior to this role, Kelly held the position of Ohio Human Resources Business Partner at Apple American Group LLC, managing HR functions for 36 restaurants. Additional experience includes managerial roles at American Greetings, AGInteractive, and ProPay Personnel, as well as Human Resources positions at Cap Gemini Ernst & Young US LLC and MetroHealth Medical Center. Kelly is equipped with an MBA and a BA in Business from Baldwin Wallace University, supplemented by additional education from the University of Michigan's Stephen M. Ross School of Business.
