Ellinor Bjerke is the current Chief of Staff of the HR Department at GRUE KOMMUNE. Ellinor has held this position since July 2014. Prior to that, they were a Prosjektleder at Tretorget AS from January 2002 to July 2014. In this role, they were responsible for many different activities and initiatives, including coordinating training and certification programs for employees across different companies, recruiting master's students for summer jobs, and managing apprentice programs.
