Melissa Germait

Melissa Germait has a diverse work experience in various companies. Melissa started their career as an Estimating Intern at Grunau Company in March 2014 and worked there until July 2015. Melissa then interned as a Project Management Intern at Grunau Company from July 2015 to May 2016. Melissa also interned as a Project Management Intern at Pepper Construction Group from June 2016 to September 2016.

In October 2016, Melissa joined Grunau Company as an Assistant Project Manager and held this role until June 2019. Melissa was promoted to the position of Project Manager at Grunau Company in June 2019 and continues to work in that position.

Additionally, Melissa worked at Milwaukee School of Engineering as an Office Assistant in the School of Business from October 2012 to October 2016. Melissa also served as the Ice Hockey Team Manager at Milwaukee School of Engineering from October 2014 to March 2017.

Melissa Germait attended the Milwaukee School of Engineering from 2012 to 2017, where they earned a Dual-Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Architectural Engineering & Construction Management. In March 2018, they obtained the certification of Engineer in Training from the Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional Services.
