Aleksandra Todorović Dudić

Aleksandra Todorović Dudić, PhD has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Aleksandra is currently working as the Lead Project Manager, Investment and Risk at GRUNDFOS since May 2021. Prior to that, they served as a Senior Expert Project Controller at Erste Bank from May 2017 to April 2021, actively participating in financial analysis, cost/benefit analyses, and strategic planning of the bank's projects. From 2000 to 2017, they worked at Hemofarm (STADA) in various roles, including Director of Controlling, Assistant to the General Manager for economic issues, Head of the planning department, and Expert Associate. During their time at Hemofarm, they played a crucial role in overseeing business strategy, business planning, analyzing results, and improving processes through an information system. Aleksandra also gained marketing and commercial experience as a Marketing and Commercial Associate at Tas - Ing doo from 1996 to 2000. Furthermore, they have participated in student exchanges through AIESEC at Bank "Cassa Risparmio Perugia" in 1996 and OTE S.A. Telecommunication Company in 1995. Overall, Aleksandra Todorović Dudić, PhD has a diverse background in project management, financial analysis, and strategic planning, making their a valuable asset to any organization.

Aleksandra Todorović Dudić, PhD, obtained their Doctor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering and Engineering Management (Ph.D.Ind.Eng.Managem.) from the Faculty of Technical Sciences at the University of Novi Sad. Aleksandra'sresearch focus was on Controlling, and they completed this program from 2013 to 2015.

Prior to their doctoral studies, Aleksandra earned a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from the Faculty of Technical Sciences at the University of Novi Sad in 2009.

In 2007, they pursued specialist studies in controlling and operative revision at the same institution.

Aleksandra also holds a Bachelor of Commercial Science degree (B.Com.Sc.) from the Department of International Economics at the Faculty of Economics, University of Novi Sad.

Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including Operations Management Foundations, Power BI Essential Training, Balanced Scorecard and Key Performance Indicators, Body Language for Leaders, Managing for Results, and Solving Business Problems. Aleksandra is also recognized as a court expert for the economic and financial field by the Ministry of Justice Republic of Serbia.
