Anette Lena Refsgaard Laugesen

Anette Lena Refsgaard Laugesen is an experienced professional in production IT and management with a strong background in supply chain and manufacturing. Since April 2017, Anette has been serving as the Production IT Manager at GRUNDFOS. Prior to this role, experience with Danfoss Drives spanned from February 2011 to March 2017, where Anette held multiple positions including Production Manager for Solar Manufacturing & Logistics, Project Manager for Solar, and Change Agent, as well as completing an internship focusing on the globalization of the Supply Chain IT organization. Earlier career experience includes the role of Konstruktør at B&C Textiles from October 2006 to February 2008. Anette holds a B.Eng in Global Management and Manufacturing from the University of Southern Denmark, along with several qualifications in design and engineering, reflecting a diverse educational background.
