Boris Fent

Boris Fent has a diverse work experience spanning over 17 years. Boris currently holds the position of Lead Asset Specialist in the Group Facility - Real Estate department at GRUNDFOS since June 2023. Prior to that, Boris worked as a Senior Consultant in Land and Industrial Agency at CBS International Serbia from May 2019 to June 2023. Boris was responsible for various tasks such as prospect research, business development, property management, and client consultation.

Before joining CBS International Serbia, Boris worked at Lidl Srbija KD as an Expansion Specialist from August 2011 to May 2019. Boris'sresponsibilities included site acquisition, feasibility studies, market research, and coordinating with authorities and third parties.

Boris also has experience in fields such as management consulting, language teaching, and marketing. Boris worked as an Associated Consultant at Hands On Management Consulting, associated with Solving Efeso, from June 2009 to December 2010, where they focused on improving business processes and implementing records management systems. Boris also worked as an English Teacher at Global SM, Center for foreign languages, from January 2008 to May 2009.

In addition to their professional experience, Boris has held leadership roles in various organizations, including serving as a National Quality Exchange Board member at AIESEC Egypt in 2010 and as the Local Committee President at AIESEC Serbia, Subotica Branch from October 2005 to August 2006.

Boris Fent completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Economics with a focus on Marketing at the University of Novi Sad | Faculty of Economics Subotica from 2001 to 2007. Boris also obtained additional certifications, including being a Real Estate Broker from the Ministry of Trade, Tourism and Telecommunications in 2019, and a Certified Project Management Associate - Level D (IPMA) from the Serbian Project Management Organization - YUPMA in 2014.
