Filipe Almeida

Filipe Almeida has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Filipe co-founded Estrelas e Socalcos in 2021 and DYN4 - Sustainability through Innovation in 2023. Prior to their entrepreneurial ventures, Filipe worked at GRUNDFOS from 2017 to 2021, holding various roles such as Global Lead Business Development Manager, WEREG Lead Business Developer, and EMEA Senior Business Developer. Before that, they were the Iberian Service & Solutions Manager at Bombas Grundfos from 2015 to 2017. From 2012 to 2017, they worked at Bombas Grundfos Portugal, S.A., where they served as Service & Solutions Manager and Value Added Services Responsible. Filipe began their career at Bombas GRUNDFOS Portugal, SA in 2009 as a Technical Sales Engineer, and earlier at Tyco Flow Control as a Technical Sales Engineer from 2005 to 2009.

Filipe Almeida completed their education in a chronological order. Filipe first attended the Instituto Superior de Engenharia de Lisboa from 2008 to 2010, where they studied Mechanics. From 1996 to 2001, they attended the Escola Superior de Engenharia - UALG, focusing on Thermal Mechanics. Filipe later returned to the Instituto Superior de Engenharia de Lisboa in 2010 to pursue a degree in Civil Engineering, specializing in Hydraulics. In addition to their formal education, Filipe obtained a certification in "How to Create a Career You Love" from LinkedIn in 2022.
