Lars Kjærgård

Lars Kjærgård has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Currently, they are working at GRUNDFOS as the Global Program Director - Finance, leading the Finance Excellence Transformation Program. At LEO Pharma, they served as the Head of Processes, responsible for optimizing execution and participating in business-related change initiatives. Lars also worked at Nilfisk as the Vice President, Global Business Services, where they managed various programs including Business Transformation, Business Process Outsourcing, and Business Process Optimization. In their role at Egmont, Lars held positions such as Head of Project & Quality Management and Business Development Head - IT applications & SSC PMO. At KPMG, they worked as a Senior Consultant and Manager, and at Baan Business Systems as a Business Consultant.

Lars Kjærgård holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Aarhus BSS - Aarhus University, completed in 1996. Additionally, they have obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
