Nicole Kelly

Nicole Kelly has extensive experience in customer service and management, currently serving as a Customer Service Representative at Grundy Insurance since March 2016. Prior to this role, Nicole held the position of Assistant Manager at Robert D. Bulson, Inc. from November 2012 to March 2016. Nicole also pursued a degree in Legal Studies at Kaplan University, achieving a GPA of 3.97 while studying from July 2010 to March 2014. Earlier in Nicole’s career, a role as a CNA at Gracedale from November 2007 to May 2012 provided foundational experience in patient care and support.
