Florian Dieckmann has an extensive work experience in communication, public affairs, and consulting roles. Florian has held leadership positions at Grünenthal Group as the VP Global Communication, at AbbVie as Director of External Affairs for JEM&A, Director of Global Public Affairs/Communications for Immunology, and Head of Communication/Public Affairs for Germany, at AstraZeneca as Manager of Political Communication/Company Spokesperson, at Scholz & Friends Agenda as a Public Relations Consultant, at the Deutscher Bundestag as a Scientific Officer, and at Deutsche Kinder- und Jugendstiftung GmbH as a Corporate Social Responsibility Consultant.

Florian Dieckmann completed their Bachelor of Arts in Communications Management at SRH Berlin School of Design and Communication. Following this, they pursued a Master of Business Administration in Communication & Leadership at Quadriga University of Applied Sciences. Additionally, Florian obtained certifications in Health Economics and Policy from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) and participated in the Corporate Responsibility, Brand and Communications Leadership Program at Kellogg Executive Education.
