Jan Kaiser

Jan Kaiser has extensive experience in operations strategy and finance within the pharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as the Head of Global Operations Strategy at Die Grünenthal Gruppe since January 2012, Jan is responsible for defining and executing global strategies while overseeing site and functional alignments. Previous roles include Head of Global Manufacturing Controlling, where Jan managed pharmaceutical production plants across multiple countries and served as a key financial partner. Jan's career began with a solid foundation in procurement and finance through various positions, culminating in a Bachelor of Arts in Business Studies and further qualifications in lean six sigma and leadership development.
