Nancy Clausen

Nancy Clausen has over 18 years of Human Resources experience. Nancy began their career in 2002 as the National Director of Human Resources for Select Rehabilitation. In 2007, they became the Director of Human Resources for Blue Wave Products, where they were responsible for establishing and operating all aspects of the Human Resources, Benefits and Payroll department. From 2015 to 2017, they were the Human Resources Manager for Form Plastics Company and NP Food Service Sales LLC. From 2017 to 2019, they were the Human Resources Manager for Driv-Lok, Inc., where they managed and rebuilt all aspects of Human Resources, compensation and benefits. In 2021, they became the Human Resources Director for Grunt Style, providing human resources guidance and leadership for multi-site production and fulfillment centers. Currently, they are the Director of Human Resources for Visionix USA (formerly Luneau Technology USA & Optovue Inc.).

Nancy Clausen received a Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Design and Merchandising from Ray Vogue College of Design.
