Joan Moreno Cardona

Responsable Restauracion Serhs Food at SERHS

Joan Moreno Cardona has extensive culinary experience, currently serving as the Responsable Restauracion at SERHS since November 1999, where roles have included Xef corporatiu and Jefe de Cocina at Hotel Serhs Campus. Prior to SERHS, Joan held positions as a cocinero at Hotel Plaza from November 1998 to November 1999 and at Ca la Roser from January 1997 to October 1999, also gaining experience as an ajudante de cocina. Joan's educational background includes a Grado in Hosteleria y Turismo from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, completed in 1999, and a professional cook diploma from Bell Art, obtained in 1996.
