Michal Klepacki

Michal Klepacki has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Michal is currently working as the Group Chief Financial Officer at Grupa ATERIMA since July 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Director Finance Operations at SMG - Service Management Group, where they were responsible for FP&A, Revenue Operations, and Procurement. Michal also acted as the CFO for contacts with third-party representatives, banks, and owners. At Crossover for Work, Michal held the role of Vice President Finance from November 2019 to March 2023. Before that, they worked as the Senior Finance Manager EMEA at PerkinElmer, Inc. from November 2016 to August 2019. Michal also has experience working at International Paper, where they served in various roles including Finance Information Delivery Project Manager, Senior Business Analyst, and Business Analysis Team Leader. Michal started their career as a Business Development Consultant and later worked as the Business Analysis Team Manager and Financial Analyst at Equus SA. Michal also has experience as an IT Consultant at Boss Computers and as an Accountant at Bookkeeping Bureau.

Michal Klepacki earned a Master's degree in Data Teletransmission and Multimedia from the University of Silesia in Katowice in 2007. Michal then pursued another Master's degree in Accountancy at Uniwersytet Ekonomiczny w Katowicach from 2000 to 2005. Additionally, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Data Teletransmission and Multimedia from the University of Silesia in Katowice in 2005. In 2015, Michal Klepacki completed their education at The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, where they became a Chartered Global Management Accountant and a CIMA Member (ACMA, CGMA).
