Marta Teixeira

Marta Teixeira currently serves as the Responsible for Organizational Culture at Ageas Portugal Grupo, a position held since June 2019. Additionally, Marta has extensive experience at BNP Paribas Personal Finance, where roles have included Media Manager in charge of advertising investments and media planning, as well as Collections Manager for both Lisbon and Porto. Marta's educational background includes a recent course on Women Leading Together focused on Organizational Leadership at Nova School of Business and Economics, a Master's in Marketing Management from IPAM, a Postgraduate degree in Banking Marketing from Instituto Superior de Gestão Bancária, and a Bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences from Universidade Fernando Pessoa.
