Rita Travassos

Rita Travassos has extensive work experience in the insurance industry.

Rita is currently working as the Head of Motor at Grupo Ageas Portugal since June 2021.

Prior to this, they worked as the Seguro Directo General Manager at Seguro Directo from March 2020 to June 2021.

Rita also had various roles at Grupo Ageas Portugal, including Head of Marketing Bancassurance Ocidental&Médis from November 2017 to March 2020, and Individual's Offer&Channels Marketing Manager in Bancassurance from May 2016 to November 2017.

Before joining Grupo Ageas Portugal, Rita worked at Ocidental as the Non-Life Offer&Channels Marketing Manager in Bancassurance from December 2014 to May 2016, the Non-Life Pricing&Business Analytics Manager from December 2011 to December 2014, and the Planning&Control Reporting Manager from December 2007 to December 2011.

Prior to that, they worked at Núcleo Apoio Seguros&Pensões as a Planning&Control role from July 2002 to December 2007, at Autogere in a Planning&Control role from October 2000 to June 2002, and at Seguro Directo in a Planning&Control role from January 1997 to September 2000.

Rita Travassos received their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Management from Universidade Católica Portuguesa, where they studied from 2000 to 2002. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies at the same university, earning a Degree in Management from 1990 to 1996.
