Fernanda Santana has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Gerente de RH at Grupo Belmont since October 2012. Prior to this role, Fernanda worked as an Analista RH Júnior at Grupo A.R.G. from August 2009 to October 2012. Fernanda's educational background includes a degree in Psychology with a focus on Human Resource Management from PUC Minas (2000-2004), a specialization in Strategic Human Resource Management from ISECENSA (2010-2012), and a Professional & Self Coaching certification from IBC - Instituto Brasileiro de Coaching (2015).
