Gerardo Tena has extensive experience in the food industry, with a focus on quality and food safety. With a background in Biochemical Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey, Gerardo has held various senior management positions at companies like Kellogg and Mars. Gerardo has successfully developed and implemented quality programs, integrated processes after acquisitions, and managed operations reliability and product performance. Gerardo is currently the Sr. Vice President, Head of Global Quality and Food Safety at Grupo Bimbo, where Gerardo continues to drive excellence in quality standards on a global scale.
