Fernando de la Flor Belaunde has a diverse and extensive professional background, currently serving on the Advisory Board at Scharff since April 2022 and as a member of the Board of Directors at Grupo Caral since 2009, where the firm focuses on modern residential development in Peru. Additional roles include Board of Directors positions at G&N Brands, Osaka Restaurants, and Liga Peruana de Lucha contra el cancer, with experience as a founding partner at PlazaPoints and formerly on the Board of Directors at ENGIE. Fernando has received formal education in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University and Stanford University, as well as an Executive Education in Real Estate Management from Harvard University.
