Pablo Seminario Butrich

Pablo Seminario Butrich is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in real estate, supply chain management, and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as the CEO and Managing Partner at Grupo Caral, relationships with real estate housing development and asset management have been cultivated since February 2017. In addition, Pablo has been a mentor at Endeavor Perú since May 2014, focusing on promoting entrepreneurship within the region. Prior roles include key positions at Hipermercados Tottus, Gap Inc., and Odebrecht, where Pablo managed inventory planning, supply chain finance, and large-scale construction projects. Pablo holds an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley, and a degree in Civil Engineering from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú.
