Sofia Wohler Vazquez

Sofia Wohler Vazquez has a diverse work experience history. Sofia currently serves as the Human Resources Director at Grupo Costeño, a position they started in September 2022. Prior to that, Sofia worked at 7-Eleven Mexico for several years, holding various roles including HRBP Manager, Operations HR Business Partner, HR Business Partner, and Jr. HR Business Partner. Sofia began their career as a Process Administrator Intern at Caracol Comunicaciones and later worked as an Acqui Talent Corporate Intern at Iconn. Sofia briefly worked as a Researcher at Korn Ferry, a leadership and talent consulting firm.

Sofia Wohler Vazquez has a diverse educational background. Sofia first attended VALIA from 2013 to 2015, where they obtained a Diploma of Business Ethics with a specialization in Applied and Professional Ethics. Following this, Sofia attended Tecnológico de Monterrey from 2012 to 2017, earning a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology.

In 2016, Sofia had an opportunity to study abroad at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, where they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a focus on Industrial and Organizational Psychology.

Continuing their education, Sofia joined COPARMEX in 2017 for a year-long Management Skills Development Program, complementing their knowledge in Business, Management, Marketing, and related support services.

Most recently, Sofia attended Universidad de Monterrey from 2020 to 2022, where they completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Finance, General.
