Julio César Ruiz Tejada

Julio César Ruiz Tejada is a seasoned technology specialist with extensive experience in various roles within the tech industry. Currently serving as Ingeniero Especialista en Soluciones Tecnológicas at Grupo David since 2022, Julio also contributes as an Organizer for Google Developers Group Panamá and is the Founder/CEO of Geek Creative, offering consulting in information technology, data science, and web technologies. Prior roles include Ingeniero de datos at Maxia, Especialista de Diseño Digital at TVN Media, and a Web Designer & Developer at Nea Solutions, S.A. Additionally, Julio has held positions as a Web Master at RODELAG S.A. and Bios Software S.A. Julio holds a degree in Systems Engineering from Universidad Tecnológica de Panamá, earned between 2011 and 2017.
