Angel Oberto-Besso

Angel Oberto-Besso is an experienced professional in human resources and education, currently serving as Gerente Corporativo de Selección, Capacitación y Desarrollo at Grupo Efe since July 2017 and as a part-time faculty member at Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas since March 2016, specializing in Human Resources courses.
